WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?

Payment methods that can be used are all major credit card providers: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and our payment gateway partner Paypal. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Most orders for in-stock items will ship out the day after the order is placed.

Please keep in mind, orders do not ship on weekends or on these PH holidays: Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and other major Philippine Holidays (both Special and Regular).

Orders shipped via LBC will not ship on holidays observed by them such as the ones stated above.

CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED ON THE WEEKEND?

Most orders will not be delivered on the weekend. However, the LBC or our chosen door-to-door provider does deliver some items on Saturdays, so if you choose Standard Shipping, your order may arrive on a Saturday with your regular mail delivery.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

The tracking number associated with your order will be sent in your shipping confirmation email. If you didn’t receive, or cannot find your shipping confirmation email, please contact us and we will send you your tracking number directly.

Please note that some orders with Standard Shipping might not have a tracking number, but you can check the status of your order through our fulfillment center.
